We know our clients have many transportation options available to them. Ranging from larger well known transportation providers to less expensive options such as public transportation. Therefore our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and cost effective transportation with a personal touch.

Type of transportation services provided

We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation with safe, secure and reliable transportation services from routine doctor appointments to patient transfer services. We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation as needed to and from a patient’s home, nursing home, assisted living facility, school, doctor’s office or hospital.

Our transport vehicles are equipped with the very latest in safety fastening systems to ensure your loved one has the safest and most comfortable trip possible between destinations. Our highly-skilled team works with individuals, families and medical providers to provide the very latest in Non-Emergency Medical Transport services for individuals in our care.

Service provided in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

Advance Notice Needed:

Minimum of 4 hours.

WAIT FEE:

Additional fee of $15 will be applied to trip if driver waits over 15 minutes at clients pick-up location.

For clients who require driver to wait on location during appointment the fee is $15 per half hour.

Cancellation Fee:

$35 (If trip is canceled within 3 hours of scheduled appointment, or client no show upon drivers arrival for pick-up)

All trips must be paid in advance:

$25 each way for general non emergency transportation.

For roundtrip services:

Please make a separate reservation for each leg of your trip.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

Cash (U.S. currency), Credit Card (Visa,MC,AMEX), PayPal.

Trip balances must be paid in full prior to trip completion.

Eligibility Requirements:

All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
